This service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that conversion results will meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ImgForge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.

Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all files you upload and convert. ImgForge does not claim any rights over your content. Files are processed temporarily and never stored, shared, or analyzed.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Upload or convert illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Abuse the service or attempt to disrupt its availability
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
• Use automated tools to make excessive requests

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
